Steps to Buying or Selling
a Home

After the closing, you will receive copies of all important documents, as well as a detailed closing statement prepared by us to forward to your accountant.

We will make sure that you have homeowners insurance before you close to protect your property. We will attend the closing to make sure that you receive a title insurance policy that protects your legal rights, that title properly is put in your names in a way that best suits your legal needs. After closing, we will send you copies of all important documents including your deed, your title policy, and a closing statement prepared by our office to take to your accountant, and if appropriate, provide you with a STAR form for tax relief.
